With approximately 30 years of experience in the insurance market, Enzo Mario Ferracini has built a solid track record in strategic leadership positions at major Brazilian and international brokerages, including Aon, Interbrok, JLT, THB Brasil and Lockton.
A specialist in corporate risks and specialty insurance, he has extensive experience structuring solutions for complex risks, business development, large account management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Most recently, he served as Head of Specialties at Lockton Brazil, leading the development and expansion of specialty solutions for corporate clients.
In June 2025, he began a new chapter in his career by founding EMF Consulting, an independent advisory firm created to offer a personalized, strategic approach close to each client's needs. In this context, he established a partnership with MDS Group, combining his experience and entrepreneurial vision with the structure and reach of one of the leading insurance brokerage and advisory groups.
His work is grounded in building long-term relationships, deep technical knowledge and a commitment to innovative solutions that create value and contribute to the protection and sustainability of his clients' businesses.
Enzo holds a degree in Foreign Trade, a postgraduate degree in Business Marketing and an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of São Paulo (USP).
